I offer a free, no obligation fitness consultation so we can discuss your specific goals, activity level, exercise experience, eating habits, any previous or existing injuries, and medical history. Using this information, I explain the personal training exercise program that I'll customize and implement with you - specific to your goals.

 

Although my primary focus as a personal trainer is to design and take you though challenging workouts, I don't stop there. Getting in shape and staying in shape is a lifestyle that encompasses more than just exercise. What you do outside the gym is just as important as what you do inside the gym.

There are several key components that are essential to achieving both short and long term results. Not adhering to these components makes getting in shape a very slow and difficult process. I also utilize specific methods to monitor and ensure you're making consistent, measurable progress.

All these services, which we review in detail during your free fitness consultation, are included in my personal training packages to provide you with maximum value, and set you up for success! Once you have a full understanding of every aspect of my services, we go over my personal training packages and rates.

 

I'll never pressure you into making a decision to hire me. If you'd like to think about everything we discussed and whether you feel I'm a good fit for you, I fully respect your decision.
